Ipso Facto Revocation Of Registration Certificate
(1) A registration certificate which has not been renewed even within the period as referred to in Sub-section (4) of Section 31 shall ipso facto be revoked. (2) The records of the motor vehicle of which registration certificate has been revoked pursuant to Sub-section (1) shall be crossed off the register. (3) The registration certificate of which records have already been crossed off the register pursuant to Sub-section (2) shall not be renewed.
